Cashbacks direct to plumbers deliver outstanding results for Rheem by retaining customers, driving additional volume or winning customers back. With limited exposure in the retail environment, and plumbers who are short on time, the trick is to reach the audience where they are, and to make the process as clear and easy as possible for them.  We automated the claims and reporting process using our proprietary MygoodEbox.com.au shopper platform and reached plumbers on the go via a digital display and EDM campaign.

Year on year we delivered significant incremental volume and value gains. We delivered insights around customer demographics, product and brand preference, and frequency of and reason for purchase, through data, surveys and progressive profiling of participants. We also received first hand testimonials and thanks from participating plumbers, strengthening their relationship with Rheem.
